OUR DENTAL HYGIENISTS

Nicole graduated from Farmingdale State College in 2012 with her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She started working at South Shore Aesthetic Dentistry right after graduation while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene, which she received in 2014. Nicole has developed a strong and lasting relationship with so many of our patients. She's very caring and makes them feel at ease. Nicole and her husband just welcomed their first baby in November 2019.

Marisa graduated from the University of New haven with her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2017. She started at South Shore Aesthetic Dentistry following graduation. Marisa relies upon her excellent interpersonal and clinical skills as a hygienist in order to meet each patient's oral health needs. Her goal is to create the most comfortable environment, and see her patients leave their appointments with big smiles!

Beginning on the left, our newest addition, Chae joined our team in June 2021. She became an assistant in 1988 and has over 30 years of experience in the field. Chae has acquired extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of dentistry, including orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and prosthodontics!

Luisa began assisting 13 years ago and joined our team in 2018! Luisa is a great asset since she is bilingual, being fluent in both Spanish and English!

Jannine has been a dental assistant for 30 years and has worked with Dr. Tarantino for about 10 years! She is very well experienced in all fields of dentistry, and given her long history with our patients; they are able to feel even more comfortable in the chair!

Melissa started as an assistant with us in 2017, and her patience and compassion have allowed her to perfect her skills. Our assistants' kindness and sense of humor also make the patients feel like they are a part of our family!
